1. Who we are
MotoGroom OS (“MotoGroom,” “we,” “us”) provides an operating system for auto detailing studios and mechanical repair garages. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit motogroom.com or use the product.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, studio name, and authentication credentials (including passkeys where enabled).
- Operational data: vehicles, job cards, wash schedules, invoices, inventory, and related studio workflow records you enter into the product.
- Usage & device data: approximate logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed (including analytics where configured).
- Communications: support messages and transactional emails or SMS you enable for clients.
3. How we use information
We use data to operate the service, authenticate users, enforce studio isolation, send opted-in reminders, improve reliability and security, and communicate product updates. We do not sell personal information.
4. Studio isolation
Studio workspaces are partitioned so one studio cannot access another studio's customers, vehicles, or operational records under normal product operation.
5. Sharing
We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email/SMS, analytics, content CMS) strictly to run the product, or when required by law. Public tracking links only expose information you choose to share with a vehicle owner via a secure token URL.
6. Retention & security
We retain account and operational data while your studio remains active and as needed for legitimate business or legal requirements. We apply industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, session security). No method of transmission is 100% secure.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data associated with your studio account by contacting us. Marketing site analytics may be controlled via browser settings where applicable.
8. Contact
Questions about this policy: use in-product support or email the address listed on your studio billing / account profile once provisioned. See also our Terms of Service.
