Terms of Service
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing motogroom.com or creating a studio workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use MotoGroom on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. The service
MotoGroom OS provides software tools for detailing and garage operations (scheduling, job cards, reminders, tracking, invoicing, and related workflows). Features may change during launch. Paid plans may be introduced later; pricing and plan limits will be disclosed before charge.
3. Accounts & responsibilities
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and passkeys for your studio users.
- You must only enter data you have the right to process (including customer contact data).
- You must comply with applicable messaging laws (e.g. consent for SMS/email reminders).
- You must not abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you upload (vehicles, invoices, notes, etc.). You grant MotoGroom a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. Public tracking links expose only what your workflows make available to token holders.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use MotoGroom for unlawful activity, spam, or to store malware. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform security or other customers.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” MotoGroom does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business outcomes (including revenue claims), or that warranty-defense logs will satisfy every manufacturer dispute. You remain responsible for professional shop practices and legal compliance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoGroom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero during a free launch period).
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the platform. Provisions that should survive (liability, IP, confidentiality) will survive termination.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Contact
For terms questions, contact support through your studio account once provisioned, or via the contact channels published on motogroom.com.
